Tarotbytes: Ace of Swords

aceswords

Often we turn to Tarot for comfort and validation. It isn’t that we totally don’t know what to do…but we aren’t confident that what we think is the right decision really is the right decision. When I read Tarot, I see any one card as having one of a variety of “flavors” or “spins” to the message…advice (something to think about doing), caution (something to think about avoiding) and validation/acknowledgment/encouragement. In this last case, the validation seems to be “decide with confidence”. In other words…you are barking up the right tree, go for it! Sometimes the cards can be the little bit of encouragement to trust what we know is best, and to have confidence in what we knew in our bones all along.
