Adaptation is inherent to balance. A tightrope walker is constantly making small adjustments to stay centered over the rope. Finding balance isn’t a one time thing like digging up a treasure chest. It is a constant process. When the balancing (adapting) process stops, and we become rigid…that is when we fall.
